Every revision is documented and every confirmed sample is sealed. Mass production is measured against that sealed sample, not against a verbal agreement — which is the single biggest reason our reorders come back the same.

A physical sample is produced on the line that will run your order. Lead time is quoted with the brief and confirmed before tooling starts.
You approve the sample; it is sealed and archived privately. Your sculpts never enter our public sample library.

Weight varies with material as well as size: an 18″ full-body silicone runs up to 3,630 g, while an 18″ full vinyl runs 760–1,180 g. Only HF-series models have a minimum order quantity. Other series have no minimum order quantity. Please confirm the HF minimum for your chosen model when requesting a quote.
Yes. We run your label, hangtags and packaging on an existing sculpt, or start from the sculpt itself as ODM. Your sculpts and approved samples are archived privately and never enter our public sample library or appear in other customers' catalogues.
Two separate layers, and we keep them separate. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (scope: production and sale of silicone baby dolls). The product safety of our dolls is tested to ASTM F963 (US) and EN71 (EU) requirements. Test reports are available on request and we will tell you the exact standard numbers and covered age ranges before you rely on them in your market.
Sample timing is quoted with your brief and confirmed before tooling starts. The sample is produced on the same line that will run your order. Modifying an existing sculpt from our library is significantly faster than developing a new one from scratch.

Silicone is solid, denser and heavier, hand-finished to a higher paint grade, and sits at the collector end of the market. Vinyl and cloth-body dolls are lighter, surface-cleanable, easier to pose, and sit at the volume and institutional end.
