Prepare a quote request

Why buy factory-direct

A wholesale quote should identify the actual doll specification: construction, sculpt, painting, hair, weight, accessories and packaging. Comparing these details makes it easier to understand price differences and agree the sample before ordering.

The manufacturing process includes tooling, finishing and assembly within the factory. An approved reference sample defines the agreed sculpt, material, finish and packing. For reorders, confirm current tooling and materials before approving production.

OEM vs ODM vs private label

These get used loosely. Here is what they mean when you order from us:

Most first orders start private label or OEM and move toward ODM once you know which sizes sell.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Only HF-series models have a minimum order quantity; other series have no minimum order quantity. Please confirm the HF minimum for your selected model when requesting a quote.

Send the model numbers and the quantities you need. Mixed orders across styles can be quoted together. Care providers can also read the therapy dolls page for specifications suited to their programme.

Sampling and lead times

Every order moves through four stations, and you approve before it advances:

Certifications and compliance

Two different things, and buyers routinely conflate them:

If you are selling into the US we will tell you which tests apply to your specific age grading, and where CPSIA obligations sit for an importer. Get that wrong and it does not matter how good the doll is.

How to verify a factory before you commit

Ask any supplier these, and watch what happens:

We answer all five. The longer version is on the reborn doll factory.

FAQ

Questions we get before a first order

What is your MOQ for reborn dolls?

Only HF-series models have a minimum order quantity; other series have no minimum order quantity. The HF minimum is confirmed for your selected model when requesting a quote.

Can you do OEM and ODM?

Both, plus private label. OEM means we build to your specification or reference sample and never sell it on. ODM means you bring the market requirement and we propose sculpts, materials and price bands for you to choose from.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2015 for our management system, and our dolls are tested to ASTM F963 (US) and EN71 (EU) product safety requirements. We can supply the reports. We will also tell you where CPSIA obligations fall for a US importer.

How do I verify you are a real factory?

Ask for a live video call on the production floor, the test report number and issuing laboratory, who owns the molds, the measured weight of your sample, and whether third-party inspection is allowed. We answer all five without hesitation.

How long is production lead time?

Sample and production lead times are confirmed with your quote after the specification, quantity and tooling requirements are agreed. EXW or FOB shipping terms are confirmed with the order.

Do you offer private label packaging?

Yes — your labelling, hangtags, inserts and packaging. This is the fastest and cheapest route to market, since it uses an existing sculpt rather than new tooling.
