All-vinyl construction is the workhorse of the category: light, durable, washable, and the most accessible on price. The trade-off is feel — vinyl reads firm and hollow next to silicone, which is why we are direct about who it suits.
This is the only model we run at 12″ with painted hair in vinyl. If it is close to what you want but not quite it, the sculpt can be adjusted through our custom programme — including hair, eye and mouth changes on the same body.
10″ to 12″: the size most often chosen for preemie remembrance and for young children. If you would rather compare materials head to head, the silicone vs vinyl guide sets out the trade-offs plainly.
Vinyl is the low-maintenance option: water-washable, hard-wearing, and unaffected by most handling. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, dry thoroughly, and avoid prolonged direct sun to protect the paint. It is the material we specify for volume programmes and for anything that will be handled daily.
